Setting up invoicing is a manual process. Within a few hours you’ll get an email with a promotion code for you to set up a free Department subscription through the website. You’ll also get an invoice - please could you pass this on to finance as quickly as you can, and ask for speedy payment.
You’ll get access as soon as you sign up after you’ve received the promotion code email.
I’ll apply whatever discount is available in the invoice, so you don’t need to worry about promotion codes. Obviously this doesn’t apply to discounts for signing up with a credit card.
I’ll invoice you automatically about a month before the anniversary of the subscription. If you want to cancel for whatever reason then just let me know when you receive the invoice.
