FAQs

  • Setting up invoicing is a manual process. Within a few hours you’ll get an email with a promotion code for you to set up a free Department subscription through the website. You’ll also get an invoice - please could you pass this on to finance as quickly as you can, and ask for speedy payment.

  • You’ll get access as soon as you sign up after you’ve received the promotion code email.

  • I’ll apply whatever discount is available in the invoice, so you don’t need to worry about promotion codes. Obviously this doesn’t apply to discounts for signing up with a credit card.

  • I’ll invoice you automatically about a month before the anniversary of the subscription. If you want to cancel for whatever reason then just let me know when you receive the invoice.

  • Please could you use any of the contact methods to let me know who the new person responsible for the subscription is, and I’ll sort everything out.
